This piece is a drawing of a hand that was done with pastel, color pencils, and paint. Below is the photo that shows the process. First, I drew a sketch of the hand and the branch which I then colored along with the white sheets underneath. Then, I drew and colored the world map in the far background and painted the oceans a turquoise color.

I tried to show my passion for food and painting through this piece. I painted a mixture of Korean and American food because those were the food that I like to eat and make the most. I first drew a rough sketch of it, painted over with acrylic paint, and then finished with color pencil and pastel.
